Service Agreement

By contracting Endeavor UAS for aerial or ground photography or videography, clients agree to the following terms and conditions.

  • Flight Operations
    • Safe and legal operation of our drones while providing the best service possible is our top priority. Weather conditions play a significant role in that. Therefore, the Pilot in Command (PIC) has final authority on whether or not a flight can be completed safely. These decisions may not be limited to weather, but may also include specific safety concerns with the site, equipment, etc.
      • If a flight cannot be completed as scheduled due to weather, the soonest possible alternate date will be scheduled.
      • If due to a safety concern or other situation, the PIC will discuss the issue with the client to determine the best course of action.
      • Our PICs reserve the right to decline any requested flight.
  • Appointment and Cancellation Policies
    • Clients may cancel services up the 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so by calling Endeavor UAS directly will result in a $40 cancellation fee. Cancellation upon arrival will be charged $55.
    • We respect your time and schedule, so please respect ours. Please have the property (interior and exterior depending on service requested) ready to be captured before we arrive. If we are delayed in starting due to unfinished preparations, additional time may be charged or the appointment will be rescheduled with a rescheduling fee.
  • Real Estate Photos and Videos
    • For Real Estate listings, please have the property ready to be photographed. Properties will be captured AS IS.
      • We recommend the following for exteriors:
        • Lawn freshly mowed.
        • Garage doors closed.
        • Driveway and all outdoor areas clear of vehicles and/or clutter.
        • Outdoor furniture should be arranged neatly.
        • Window treatments (blinds, curtains, etc) be closed.
        • Remove Realtor/Broker “For Sale” sign from lawn if MLS video is being captured. MLS does not allow these to appear in videos.
      • We recommend the following for interiors:
        • Dust and vacuum throughout.
        • Clean reflective surfaces (mirrors, glass, TVs)
        • Store away personal items as possible.
        • Store away pet related items (kennels, litter boxes, etc).
        • Clear kitchen sink and store away sponges or scrubbers
        • Turn on all lights and open window treatments.
        • Turn on ceiling fans and fireplaces.
        • Clear refrigerator of any clutter (magnets, items on top, etc).
        • Close all shower curtains and lower toilet seats.
    • Property Owner or Realtor Agent is not required to be present for outdoor photos and/or video. If any indoor video is needed, we request that the Agent be present.
  • Photo & Video Rights of Use
    • Endeavor UAS retains the right to all photos and videos and may use them for promotional or demo purposes.
    • Client may use the delivered photos and/or video for the property listing, social media, website, and/or print only once payment has been received by Endeavor UAS. If the client fails to pay for the services rendered, Endeavor UAS does not provide any usage rights to photos or video.
  • Photo & Video Delivery
    • Photos and videos are delivered to then client via electronic transfer (WeTransfer, GDrive, Dropbox, etc) if possible due to size. Client’s FTP or other electronic methods can also be used.
    • If a USB Drive or CD is desired, please let us know when reserving your appointment. Please note that a service charge will be added to the services invoice if these physical media are requested.
    • Unless specified, photos are sent in JPG format and sized at 1500px and 3200px long side. If you need something different, please let us know and we can gladly provide it.
  • Please note that a separate contract or terms of agreement may be necessary for some aerial services.
  • These terms and conditions can be changed at any time.
